B.- Reservations.

REGISTRATIONS
At the time of registration, a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount of the trip must be made. Therefore, no reservation will be considered valid until the deposit is made. PRICES

CANCELLATIONS
Due to the special conditions of contracting bicycle trips, as a general rule (unless otherwise specified in the budget made) the following cancellation conditions are stipulated:
- Between 60 and 31 days before departure: 20% of the total amount of the trip.
- Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the total amount of the trip.
- Between 20 and 11 days before departure: 75% of the total amount of the trip.
- 10 days before departure: 100% of the total amount of the trip

DOCUMENTATION
Each and every participant is responsible for having the necessary documentation and its up-to-date status (ID, passport, visas, health documentation and others that may be necessary). Therefore, in the event that incorrect or insufficient documentation forces the client to cancel or annul a trip / route, the conditions indicated in the cancellations section will apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The organizing agency explicitly declares that it acts as an intermediary between travelers and the entities or persons that provide the contracted services. Whatever the case, in no case, GuiesBtt.cat assumes any sanction for negligence of the client, whatever the infringement.
